In high school, I worked as a teacher aid at an Spanish immersion elementary school. I led group work activities and tutored students one on one who were struggling to keep up with the desired level of reading and writing comprehension (Beach Elementary - Portland, Oregon) More recently, I worked as a mentor to high school students who needed help to build their social and professional skills.
