Nesiller boyu yemek yemeyi sevdiği kadar, yapmasını da seven bir aile olarak; ilk gün ki yemek yeme sevdamızı siz kıymetli misafirlerimle paylaşmak istedik.

- Yemek yeme sevgimizi sizlere ulaştırmak için: İşimize besmele ile başladık, bonfilenin lokum gibi yumuşak olanını seçtik, antrikotlarımızı güzelce dövdük, salatalarımız için her gün taze sebzeler getirip ince ince dilimledik, yemeğin üstüne güzel bir çay içilir dedik, çayı taze demledik, eh tatlısız da olmaz dedik, leziz tatlılar yaptık. Sonra baktık ki lezzetimiz kadar annemizin güler yüzüne, kardeşlerimizin sohbetlerine, babamızın sofra konuşmalarına da ihtiyacımız var; çalışanlarımızla bir aile olup sizleri misafir ettik. Bizim hikayemizin havalı bir geçmişi yahut büyük ödülleri yok, biz sadece yemek yapmayı da yemeyi de sunmayı da seven bir aileyiz.
