- It is brought to you and led by Head Chef and owner Andy Smart. who has over 25 years’ experience cooking in some of Scotland’s best establishments such as Gleneagles,St Andrews Old Course Hotel and The Marcliffe at Pitfodels,to name but a few,and has also ran his outside catering company, Smart Cuisine ,since 2003. His career has taken him all round the world and has cooked for member’s of the royal family ,sports celebrities, movie stars and famous politicians along the way. His cuisine draws influences from travelling and working overseas.
