- Located in the heart of the Peak District we are lucky to be surrounded by so many local suppliers, who deliver us the highest quality produce in order to create top class dishes - with meat which has been reared in the surrounding fields from E.W.Coates in Darley Dale, fish delivered fresh from R.G.Morris in Buxton and our fruit and veg delivered daily from Tomsons in Buxton.
The Fine Print
- Our Carriages really are something special. Hand made in 1987 (although you wouldnt think they arent the real deal.) Sit and enjoy your meal whilst feeling like youre sat on the Pullman Carriage or Orient Express. With our new bar, we offer a selection of local Real Ales such as Peak Ales Swift Nick and Hartington Bitter from Whim Ales and wines.
