- "Hikayemiz Moda’da 1981 yılının sıcak bir Cumartesi gününde apartman altı 35 m²’lik bir dükkanda başlıyor. Açılışın gerçekleşeceği sabah üç personelimiz ve yetiştiremediğimiz marangoz işlerimiz vardı. Açılış günü öğlen bulaşıkçımız kaçtı, 1971’de Kıbrıs gazisi olan marangozumuz bulaşıkçılık yaptı. Bu dükkan anlaşılacağı üzere küçük bir yerdi, isim koyarken sempatik, alçak gönüllü, basit, akılda kalan, yiyeceği çağrıştıran ve az parası bile olana yakın gelecek bir isim olmalıydı. Mahallede “Puik Ali” diye çağırdığımız arkadaşımız, “İsmi Kırıntı olsun mu?” dedi. Bu ismi çok sevdik. Hemen tabelayı oluşturduk. Logomuzu ise tasarımcı olan arkadaşımız Kubilay Özvardar ile aylarca çalışarak tamamladık. Daire şeklindeki logonun elipse dönmesiyle birlikte logo tam istediğimiz gibi oldu."

- Kırıntı, “Dünün Yenisi”ydi, “Bugün de Yepyeni” olarak misafirlerini ağırlamaya devam ediyor. Kırıntı, bulunduğu semtlerin dokuları ile ahenk içerisinde olan Moda, Nişantaşı ve Bebek şubeleri ile Allpoints ailesi ile birlikte özünü koruyarak yenileniyor ve müşterilerin damak zevkine ve ruhlarına hitap etmeye devam ediyor.Kendilerine has mimarileri ile misafirlerini samimi bir atmosferde ağırlayan şubelerine, 2019 Ekim ayında İzmir Hilltown AVM şubesi de katıldı. Bağdat Caddesi şubesi ise yeni yerinde kısa süre içinde müdavimleri ile buluşuyor olacak.
