- 1964 yılında bugünkü Halen mevcut yeri olan Eski Garaj da Cemal Çalışır (Cemal Usta) tarafından dönemin Bakanı Ihsan Sabri Cağlayangil'in de manevi desteği ile kurulmustur. Kardeşi Cemil Çalışır ile birlikte işe başlayan Cemal usta, yarım asırlık çalışma hayatından sonra geçtiğimiz yıllarda kardeşi gibi o da hakkın rahmetine kavuşmuştur. Şimdilerde ise çocukları, yeğenleri ve kardeşi devir aldıkları bu misyonu devam ettirmektedirler.

- Lezzetimiz çeşitli mekanlarda ve çeşitli adlar altında sunulmak istenmiştir. Siz değerli müşterilerimize 1964'ten beri sunduğumuz bu lezzeti İstanbul'da da tadabilmeniz için, ilk şubemiz 2008 yılıdan itibaren Kozyatağı'nda hizmete girmiştir. Yarım asırdır sizlere hizmet veren müessesemiz sadece Bursa kebabı sunmakta, mönüsünde başka bir kebap çeşidi bulunmamaktadır. Soft içeceklerin sunulduğu işyerlerimizde alkollü içecekler yer almamaktadır. Şubelerimizde araç parkı veya Park-Vale servisimiz mevcuttur.
