- Firmamız ilk ticari hayatına 2014 yılında Ankara’da bahçelievler mahallesi 7. caddede başlamıştır. Daha sonrasında 2015 yılının Haziran ayında Antalya Akdeniz Üniversitesi Yakut çarşısı içerisinde “Zilli Öküz Homemade Burger” markası ile ticari hayatına devam etmiştir. İnsanların genel olarak hafızalarında yer etmiş fastfood kültürünü, değiştirmeyi amaç ederek “GERÇEK ANNE KÖFTESİ İLE EV YAPIMI BURGER” lezzetine yeni bir akım getirmiştir. 6 aylık çalışma süresinde gerek üniversite öğrencileri tarafından gerekse dışarıdan takdir edilen bir marka haline gelmiştir. Üniversite içerisinde sadece öğrencilere hizmet vermemizden dolayı bu lezzeti tüm Antalya halkının tatması için 2016 Mart ayı itibarı ile Kültür semtinde merkez şube açılışı yapılmıştır. 2016 yılı içerisinde ilk şubemizden sonra Meltem şube, Yeni Sanayi ve Fabrika açılışı olmuştur.

- Konsept oluşumu, AR-GE ve altyapı çalışmaları tamamladıktan sonra artık franchising sistemi ile büyümeye başladık. Şu an Antalya’da; Kültür, Meltem, Yeni Sanayi, Akdeniz Üniversitesi içi, Konyaaltı, Özdilek ve Migros AVM şubelerimiz bulunmaktadır. Antalya dışına çıktığımız zaman Alanya, Isparta Bahçelievler ve Kafeler Caddesi, Karabük, Kırıkkale, Afyon, Burdur, Bursa, Safranbolu, Denizli, Aksaray, Kastamonu olmak üzere toplam 20'yi aşkın şubeye ulaşmıştır.
